Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay Dutt has been witness to lots of ups and downs in his life. Perhaps, no Bollywood actor has gone through what Baba, as he is lovingly called by his friends, has. Having been addicted to drugs years back, Dutt now wants to embark on a mission to spread awareness against drug addiction. The actor wants to educate the youth and persuade them to stay away from narcotics.

Sanjay actively wants to endorse this cause and is also looking at ways to reach out to the audiences who are victims of drug use. The actor will also share his experiences and how he has fought adversities to come up trumps. He is in touch with NGOs and is taking a note of the kind of work they are involved in. However, he will only lend his helping hand to an NGO, once he is totally convinced of its motive.

On the film front, Dutt is shooting for his comeback venture, Bhoomi in Agra. It is directed by Omung Kumar and stars Aditi Rao Hydari as Dutt’s on-screen daughter. Work on his biopic with Ranbir Kapoor playing him, is also on. It is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
