National Award winners, Prakash Raj and Ajay Devgn will be sharing screen-space once again in Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again. Prakash last worked with Ajay, as the baddie Jaykant Shikre in Rohit’s Singham (2011). Prakash came on board in Rohit’s fourth installment of the Golmaal series last month and will start shooting in March in Mumbai.

Prakash does admit that he was dying to work with Rohit again, but the director didn’t have a suitable role for him. Prakash flew down to Mumbai and had a narrative session with the dialogue writers Sajid-Farhad. According to Prakash, the character is an entertaining one with shades of grey and the script is hilarious. On Ajay, Prakash says that they share a comfort level and having a national-award-winning star like Ajay helps him to raise his own bar. Golmaal Again also stars Parineeti Chopra, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Shreyas Talpade and Tabu in important roles.
