Mubarakan talks of family values

Team Mubarakan was seen having a light-hearted interaction with the media in London recently. The cast including Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D’cruz and Athiya Shetty and director Anees Bazmee were present. When asked about the film, Anil said that it was a comedy family drama set in London and the audience was going to thoroughly enjoy it. He was further asked about his experience working the film, to which he said that he enjoyed working with the younger generation and always liked to give love and respect to everyone present on the set. When praised for his impeccable comic timing, Anil said that he was fortunate to work in the film as the script had good content and helped him perform the comic scenes better.

Arjun, who shares screen space with his uncle, Anil for the first time plays a double role in the movie. He pointed out that cine-goers would be able to relate to the film as it talked about family values. He added that the director gave a lot of clarity to every scene, which made an actor’s job easier.

Anees spoke about his love for London. This was also the first time that he was shooting a film in London. Athiya and Ileana also expressed their fondness for the city and spoke enthusiastically about the amount of fun they had while shooting for the film. Mubarakan is set to release on July 28.
