We are aware of the Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli’s disciplined lifestyle. Now, there is another Kohli who shuns provocations and is ready to sacrifice to stay in shape. We are talking about actor Himansh Kohli who made his debut with Divya Kumar Khosla’s Yaariyan. Himansh has undergone a body transformation. The actor has worked intensely on having a lean and fit body for his upcoming film. He followed a strict diet called Birdseed diet aka Whole Grain Diet which helped him to shed the extra kilos and get the desired lean body with internal purification of his body.
His workout consisted of cardio and cycling. Says Himansh, “I have always liked to challenge myself at every stage to keep myself fit and disciplined. It isn’t a cake-walk. Once I hit the gym and continued for almost two years I feel fit and strong internally. I am religious towards my workouts and it is like a morale booster for me to do better.” Virat’s transformation is part of folklore and Himansh too has set an example.
